Reboot: Voice with Hazel Holder
Explore a full variety of self-expression through the release of your voice.
This workshop will be a simple and positive introduction to breathing techniques that aim to help you calm the body and mind, as well as practical skills to build confidence to use your voice freely. Hazel works holistically – incorporating body, breath and voice into one approach – drawing on her embodied knowledge and experience from years of performing.
Please wear loose clothing and bring an open heart.
