We’re offering a programme of free morning movement sessions led by a range of artists specialising in yoga, meditation, Feldenkrais technique and dance – encouraging us to keep moving, regenerating, flowing and breathing our way through these winter weeks.
The classes are free to attend but registration is essential. Please register for individual classes through the Eventbrite links below. If you are currently in paid employment and feel that you could afford to, please consider making a donation. All donations will go towards paying freelance creatives, artists and educators to work with us.
These events are part of our artist development programme, Reboot, which connects and cross-pollinates creatives across disciplines – from the worlds of music, theatre, visual art, architecture and healthcare. We have been providing free professional development opportunities to artists for many years. During the pandemic, Reboot has gone online to provide additional support to artists through these challenging corona times. We aim to nurture a highly-skilled, diverse creative workforce and a strong, vibrant arts sector.
