Reboot: Moving To Sense with Ihsaan de Banya
In this workshop we will explore and express our own physical truths through improvisation. Initially arriving into our bodies gently and with curiosity we will listen and begin to allow movement to manifest within us. Attending to our mood, desire, sense of form and sensation we will move and be moved. There will be time to reflect and share, to centre ourselves in the moment and consider the map of our journeys.
