This one day retreat will allow you to relax, restore and take some time to deeply rest. In our very beautiful and spacious studio, Angelika will offer simple, accessible yoga postures and short meditation sessions including a gong bath and chanting, to encourage deep relaxation. This retreat will give you time and space to connect with yourself on a deeper level and to find stillness.
For all abilities. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
