The second collaboration between Clod Ensemble and Split Britches, Miss Risqué was performed with It’s a Small House and We Lived In It Always in a double bill called Double Agency.
The score was entirely recorded and evoked the world of early 20th century Paris cabaret – with waltzes and quirky rhumbas that periodically dissolve into more contemporary soundscapes.
