Learning & Talent Development

We offer a rich programme of learning and professional development opportunities for artists, healthcare professionals, students in higher education and researchers. Our programme gives participants time and space to develop skills and gain experience so they are better able to flourish in the cultural industries, the health sector and beyond.

We work with a broad spectrum of partners to deliver our programmes. These include fellow arts organisations, NHS Trusts, schools and universities. Our learning and talent development programmes are underpinned by resources and materials drawn from our extensive archive as well as the expertise of guest collaborators.
