Jenny Mollica

Jenny Mollica is the Chief Executive of the Roundhouse.

Jenny is the former Chief Executive of English National Opera (ENO) and the London Coliseum (2023-26), and was previously its Director of Strategy and Engagement (2020-23). During her tenure, Jenny oversaw a period of significant transformation for ENO, defined by a strong commitment to expanding the company’s social and artistic impact and driving its national growth. Most notably, Jenny spearheaded ENO’s landmark partnership with the city region of Greater Manchester and championed the nationwide expansion of its award-winning learning and participation programme, ENO Engage. Under her leadership, over 100,000 people across the UK experienced ENO’s programmes in classrooms, hospital trusts, community spaces and online. She also co-founded the critically acclaimed creative healthcare programme ENO Breathe, which received the Royal Philharmonic Society (RPS) Impact Award in 2021. 

Prior to this, Jenny spent just over a decade at the Barbican and Guildhall School of Music & Drama. As Director of Creative Learning, she played a pivotal role in shaping innovative cross-arts programmes, festivals and events, spanning music, theatre, dance, visual arts, film and literature.

Jenny is Chair of the Clod Ensemble, a Trustee of the Philip Loubser Foundation Supervisory Board and a Council Member of the Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London’s Council on Culture and Heritage. She began her career in the education sector, and has trained at postgraduate level as both an artist and teacher.
