Talent Development

We support, nurture and inspire artists of all ages, healthcare professionals and students with artist-led creative training programmes. These are underpinned by our expertise in mentoring, professional development, collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches and our understanding of self-care.

We offer a talent development programme that aims to develop the next generation of music, dance and interdisciplinary artists, provide pathways into employment and learning opportunities. It enables Clod Ensemble to both share our own expertise with and learn from a new generation of artists. This sits within a growing programme of work by Clod Ensemble to understand and address barriers to entry and progression into the arts such as Catalyser. Codesigned with young people, particularly those who have experienced discrimination and socio-economic barriers to entering or progressing in creative careers, this addresses the gaps they are encountering in wider and formal provision, to help them to build sustainable careers.
