Being involved in theatre and performance often involves periods of intense activity and high adrenaline levels which can result in feelings of depletion or ‘burn out’.
Led by Angelika Grohmann, who has taught Yoga full time for over 25 years, this workshop will focus on restorative postures, breathing exercises and some basic meditation techniques which can help us to calm down and nourish the nervous system – so we can be readier for the next challenge that life brings – both on and off the stage.
