Do buildings have the power to make us feel better? Explore how the physical layout of public buildings, like doctor’s surgeries, community centres and hospitals can radically change a user’s physical, mental & emotional journey of accessing services. Through a range of practical, embodied and arts-based exercises, participants will investigate elements that both help and hinder user journeys, exploring ways to reimagine and retrofit these environments.
