Role: Producer (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 40 hours per week – full time position
Contract period: Fixed term maternity cover for 7 months

We are looking for someone to cover a 7-month period of maternity leave, with the possibility of extension to a maximum of 12 months. This includes at least 4 weeks of handover working alongside our current Producer at the start of the contract.
The person taking on this role will shape and drive the company’s performance programme and be responsible for producing new artistic projects. We would like to work with someone who enjoys developing new partnerships, specifically with cultural venues, festivals & artists across the UK and internationally. We are interested in someone who is excited about working with a multi-artform company, and who has experience in at least one of the following; dance, theatre, music, visual art or live art.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key to this role, other essential skills include project & people management including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, financial administration & management, negotiating and writing contracts (understanding of union agreements such as ITC, Equity, Musician’s Union). Skills which would support this role, but are not essential, include knowledge of digital platforms, fundraising through trusts and foundations, and experience of participation and learning projects.
