We are looking for a Communications & Development Manager to work with the Executive Producer, Artistic Directors, and wider team on the strategic development, income generation and communications strategies of Clod Ensemble. You will support the sustainability of the organisation, develop effective communications strategies which deliver our core objectives and drive forward partnerships, earned and grant income.

Salary: £26,400 – £28,000 pro rata for 4 days/week, (FTE £33,000 – £35,000) depending on experience
Period of contract: Fixed term 1 year contract
Annual leave: 20 days p/a (25 days pro rata) plus bank holiday pro rata.
Location: Design District, Greenwich Peninsula

The role of the board is to support the strategic vision and leadership of the company and ensure we are continuing to fulfil our mission and live by our core values. Trustees are key ambassadors of Clod Ensemble, promoting our work and helping to ensure best practice across the company’s management.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Duty Manager to join team in order to support the day to day running of Clod Ensemble Studios. This will including opening and closing the building, supporting with events and space hire bookings, room set-up and building operations.

Hours: Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. No minimum weekly hours guaranteed.
Pay: £12 per hour on a PAYE contract.
Location: Design District, Greenwich Peninsula
