This interactive discussion will look at the science of sound and explore whether this can explain what we hear, or what we think we hear.
Composer and co-Artistic Director of Clod Ensemble Paul Clark joins Bernard Richardson – Lecturer of Acoustics at Cardiff University – to ask some fundamental questions about how sound gets made. Attendees will have the chance to try for themselves to create sounds. This workshop presumes no prior knowledge of music or science.
