Running Straight High Jump: Eadweard Muybridge We run a variety of workshops and courses in schools, colleges and universities, as well as courses for actors and musicians. Whether we are working with children, senior citizens, young people in conflict in the law, doctors, or performers, our approach is strongly rooted in an idea of the moving body as a powerful vehicle of expression - as poetic beyond words. Both our performance work and teaching is profoundly influenced by the teaching of Jacques Lecoq. For more information and to see how we can tailor a workshop to you specific needs contact us
Since 1996 we have run education projects with many organizations including: The National Gallery, Barts & The Royal London Medical School; Dartington College,Trinity College of Music, Peoples Palace Projects, British Film Institute; BAC Young Peoples' Theatre; The Royal Festival Hall; The National Gallery; Guys, Kings and St Thomas' Medical Schools; Snowsfield Psychiatric Unit for Adolescents, Guys Hospital; Glyndebourne Youth Opera; The Arvon Foundation; The Royal National Theatre Studio; Queen Mary, University of London; Goldsmiths College, Lambeth Education Authority ; The Drill Hall Arts Centre ; Watermans Arts Centre; Wimbledon School of Art; Augusto Boal's Centre for the Theatre of the Oppressed, Brazil ; Rio and Campinas Universities, Brazil. |
